Processing Times
Most pieces are made to order and take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to leave the studio. If you need something sooner, please reach out before placing your order so we can see if we are able to accommodate your timeline.
Custom and more complex projects, including bespoke designs and some heirloom redesigns, usually follow the timelines outlined in our Custom Work Policy. In general, custom work averages 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the scope of the project.
Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped from New York using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS or FedEx, with tracking provided whenever possible.

High value orders may require a signature upon delivery for security.

Once an order has shipped, the carrier is responsible for transit and delivery.
If you have specific shipping needs or timing concerns, feel free to contact the studio before ordering.
Returns
Because each piece is made with care, we do our best to make sure you love what you receive. That said, some non custom items may be eligible for return.
Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, in their original condition and in the original packaging.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Original shipping fees are non refundable.
To request a return, please contact the studio with your order number and details before sending anything back. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Exchanges
At this time, direct exchanges are handled on a case by case basis.
If you would like to discuss an exchange for an eligible piece, please email the studio with your order information and what you have in mind. We will let you know what is possible based on the item and its condition.
Final Sale Items
Some pieces cannot be returned or refunded. These include:

Personalized, engraved or hand stamped pieces

Workshop deposits and workshop fees, unless otherwise noted in the workshop terms
If you are unsure whether a piece is final sale, please ask before purchasing.
Shipping Issues, Loss or Damage
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows an issue in transit, please contact the studio as soon as possible with photos and your order number.
We will help you review options with the carrier and, when possible, work toward a resolution. Please keep all packaging and the item as received so that any claim can be processed properly.
Pricing and Precious Metal Market Fluctuations
The prices shown on the website are based in part on current market rates for precious metals such as gold and silver. These global market prices change over time and can affect the final cost of a piece, especially for custom work.

After an order is submitted, the final price may be confirmed or adjusted once materials are allocated and production is ready to begin.

If a price adjustment is required for a made to order or custom piece, you will be notified before production begins.

If you approve the updated price, the order will proceed. If you do not approve the adjustment, the order may be cancelled and a full refund issued.
We do not offer price adjustments or refunds due to changes in precious metal values after a purchase has been completed.
Custom Work
Custom and heirloom redesign projects follow a slightly different structure than standard shop orders. For clarity, the main points are:

Custom projects begin with a consultation and a rough estimate. The actual pricing is determined when the piece is put into production, once the design, scale and materials are finalized.

A non refundable deposit is required to begin custom work.

Timelines for custom projects typically average 4 to 8 weeks, depending on complexity and scope.
