Purchases
All prices are in USD. Sales tax is automatically applied to orders shipped within New York State. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
Custom Orders
Once a custom piece is approved and payment is received, no changes can be made. Deposits are non-refundable.

3. Shipping & Returns Policy

Most pieces are made to order and take 2-3 weeks however reach out first if you need something faster to see if we can accommodate.

Made-to-order or custom: 4–6 weeks (varies by project)
4. Custom Work Policy
Custom and heirloom redesigns are handled with care and personal attention.
Process

Custom projects begin with a consultation and rough estimate, actual pricing is determined when piece is put into production.

5. Workshop Terms & Waiver
By booking a workshop, you agree to the following:

Participants must be age 18+ or attend with an adult

Closed-toe shoes are required

Workshop fees are non-refundable unless cancelled with at least 7 days’ notice

Instructors reserve the right to reschedule for safety or unforeseen circumstances
Studio Release
By attending, you acknowledge the physical nature of jewelry work and release Katherine Lincoln Jewelry from liability related to minor injury or equipment use.
Photography
We may photograph workshop sessions. Let us know if you do not wish to be included.

9. Pricing & Precious Metal Market Fluctuations
The prices displayed on this website reflect estimated costs based on current precious metal market rates at the time of listing. Because the global prices of gold and silver fluctuate daily, final pricing may change between the time an order is placed and the time materials are secured for production.
After an order is submitted, we will confirm the final price based on the prevailing market rate for gold or silver. If a price adjustment is required, the customer will be notified before production begins.
If the customer approves the updated price, the order will proceed. If the customer does not approve the adjustment, the order may be canceled and a full refund issued. No work will begin without price confirmation.
We do not begin fabrication until final pricing is confirmed.
